Post-AX post! Which is surprising, because half the time I kind of forget I have this journal thing.

I could only go Friday and Saturday, orz. <s>a-and I missed all the Hetalia gatherings, which makes me quite sad. ;~;</s>

Friday:
Friday was volunteering day for a one-day pass. First we were at the Aniplex panel to stand at the doors and check badges.

THEY PLAYED KALAFINA SONGS FOR THE KUROSHITSUJI AND KARA NO KYOUKAI TRAILERS fsgfgsk;gjf;sfweeeeeeeeeeee

and like a retard I started singing along, but only to Keiko's parts. Because I cannot go high. |D

But the second shift was kind of annoying, because the boots I wore while cosplaying Greece were kind painful to stand around in; Registration was just standing around and telling people to go in lines C, D, E, F, take your pick, pick one you like, walk straight down, yes ma'am/sir, straight down all the way where I am pointing where are you going that's the opposite of straight down. Eventually, I got to talking with the guy behind me and we started playing DS games. |D

When we took a break for food, we went into the corner of obscurity. (No one recognized us as countries ;~;)
But I saw albel pass by as Ryohei with a cute Chrome and that guy with the L kaptop (I'm so sorry, the name escapes me at the moment but it was seriously AWESOME)! B-by the way, if you didn't know who the heck I was, it's perfectly fine and quite expected, since I'm quite inactive on LJ. |Db

Later during the night we ran into supercute America, Canada, Russia, (2) China(s), Lithuania, and Hong Kong. There was also a Spain, a Bad Friends Trio group, and another Russia and America to come join us later. Also a cute Finland <s>that I first mistook for Switzerland OTL OTL I am so sorry ;~;</s>

We took random pictures and we all lied on the ground in a circle to make a CHIKYUU~ (gah, supercute people that I met fsdg;kfdg;f)

And then we went back to yuulin's and wax_feathers and I finished our costumes for the next day.

Saturday:
Hong Kong's costume was finished around 10, because that's when I woke up after sleeping around 6:30 AM after staying up all night hand-stitching the damn collar. If you see it, you can tell where I lost consciousness because the stitches are jagged and awful. The brief spots with straight stitching is from when I poked myself with the needle and woke up for a short time.

...Once, I thought I had finished a nice row of stitches, decently straight and everything, and I was just about to knot the thread and finish.

And then I woke up. ._____.

Buuuuut anyways, because of that, we missed the Hetalia gathering. OTL
;~;

We ran into the Hetalia group from before, with new additions Taiwan and Veneziano. The Italy was supercute, aaaack. She had Italy flag boxers. \o/

We went to Artist Alley to find wax_feathers's buddies (AAAAAACK SUPER SUPER CUTE VOCALOID COSPLAYS >///<). wax_feathers kept getting mistaken for Romano or Korea, lol. She was Austria minus the blue coat. (We later came up with the excuse, "Prussia invaded Austria's vital regions" for the lack of coat.)
Um um um, we looked at cute art, pretty art, walked around, and I didn't get to buy any doujinshi <s>dammit.</s>, and um found people, et cetera.

Then we went over to the Masquerade... which was, uh, interesting, I guess. =____= It was my first time going into a Masquerade, so I wasn't quite sure what it was, or what to expect. |D;;

<s>someone should totally have done a Eurovision spoof with Hetalia.</s>

Um, we met up with the supercute group again, got kidnapped to their hotel, and we had pizza. Canada and I were neat and used utensils. :Db
On the way to the hotel, we saw a random fountain, and so took a bunch of random pictures. My shoes got wet. |D

Um, on the way back to the car, we got lost and couldn't find the right parking lot. OTL We wandered for a while (sorry Italia-kun for making you walk so much ;~;) and um eventually found our car after trying all the other parking lots around LACC. orz

Due to my old man back and general failing health, I think I'll lapse into a coma for a bit. |Db
